Axel Pauly is a shooting star in Germany´s fast developing wine scene.

He was taught the basics of wine making during his trainings in the Palatinate and Rheingau regions before working vintages in New Zealand and California.

Focusing mainly on elegant dry and Feinherb wines, he credits well-timed harvesting to create wines of utmost elegance. Only healthy grapes are allowed to enter the cellar door where gentle temperature-controlled fermentation ensures the typical Riesling aroma remains in the juice.
